I had a sewer backup. I called a few different companies. I chose Metro because I felt like the plumber responded to me respectfully and took my issue seriously. As a senior citizen and a woman, I get my fair share of companies trying to take advantage of me. Metro was fairly and reasonably priced. I was treated with respect. All my questions (I had many) were patiently answered and explained and the work was completed without destruction to my property. I recommend Metro to everyone!

I called with a minor emergency and wanted to get a price ahead of time. Person who answered the phone was very informative and helpful. They were able to get me in the next day! Installer arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me a timeframe that he'd be finished and stuck to it. Once complete, installer showed me the function and talked me through some recommendations. Great experience all around!

I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues with my drain backing up, mainly due to tree roots and a large tree in front of my house. A few months ago, I had another company come out to clean the drain, which helped temporarily, but not long after, water started coming back into my tub again. This time, I contacted Metro Plumbing and spoke with Jason, who was able to come out quickly and fix the issue. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was his honesty. Two other companies had previously suggested expensive services, but Jason explained why he didn’t recommend those options. He could have easily upsold me, but instead, he gave honest advice and only did what was necessary. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Jason and Metro Plumbing. I’ll definitely reach out to him again if any future problems come up, which I hope will be few and far between.
