Had an awesome experience with nexGEN. My water heater completely died on me and the owner somehow fit me in same day. I sent over a few pics of what I had, and he showed up within about four hours. He ended up staying late just to make sure everything was done and that we had hot water in time for my kids’ showers. He replaced all the valves on the water inlet and the gas line, and the whole setup looks way cleaner than before. Overall 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

He was professional, asked all the right questions to get to the heart of the matter. He checked everything to make sure he was snaking the right area and would go far enough. He was clean and neat, protected my floor as well as under my sink. He snaked our drain and was patient about checking to make sure everything was flowing properly. He cleaned up after the job very efficiently. Highly recommend Nexgen plumbing!!!! Great job!
