Nate and Donna were incredible to work with. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and precise. Originally had them out for some minor plumbing issues and while here discussed some other things going on at the house. Nate was able to diagnose and proposed a plan to get everything back in working order. He went above and beyond with some furnace issues we were experiencing and got everything up and running good as new! I highly recommended their service to anyone who is in need of plumbing or HVAC work. Duell will be my go to for any future issues or projects!

Nate and Dan did tremendous work on installing a new power vent gas water heater in place of our old leaking boiler - their work was crisp and thorough and they thoroughly explained all the technical elements of the work —— given the emergent nature of the leaking boiler they made time to do the work on the same day as I made the call to the office ———- couldn’t be happier - thanks so much guys!
