Fantastic service. Jalil responded to my call immediately and was on site within an hour. He was able to quickly shut off my outdoor valve (which I was not able to turn) and replace my interior main valve (which no longer closed) within another hour - a problem that another plumber had told me they did not want to take on due to the age of the plumbing. A problem that had plagued me for weeks was fixed in a matter of hours thanks to his quick response and expertise.
My electrician recommended Heavy Duty Plumbing and he did not steer me wrong! The job entailed getting a city permit, upgrading all the plumbing in my upstairs bathroom including extending a pipe through the roof. From beginning to end, Jalil was honest and professional throughout the entire process. Due to the scope of the job I felt the price was fair. Jalil arrived daily as scheduled and worked steadily throughout the day. He explained what he was doing and ensured that I was happy with the work performed. At the end of a very complicated job he arranged for the plumbing inspection which was approved with no problem. In addition, I liked the fact that Jalil did not require a down payment on the job prior to getting the permit and starting the work. It was a relief to have someone so competent completing the job. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!
If you’re looking for a good, experienced and dependable plumber go with Heavy Duty! I called for an estimate and got one that was lower than multiple competitors. Once I made the call to contract the work, HD plumbing was out there two days later with the job done ! This was my first experience with them and it was nothing but positive.
