Had a leak that had been going on for over a year and no one could find it. Finally it was located about 3 feet below the ground and the water had been draining straight down into the rocks. Called Justin because he had done work for me before and I knew he was fair and extremely reliable. He had a crew here in 30 minutes and 2 hours later the leak was repaired. With that kind of service you would expect a big bill...not the case. In fact, he gave me a discount because it had taken so long to find the problem. Local Plumbing was already my go to company but now I wouldn't even call anyone else. Professional, competent, and very courteous staff and they are highly recommended.

I called Local Plumbing in Schertz first thing this morning as our water line off the street was leaking water. They came right out and diagnosed the issue, explained the issue, and started on their repair. We also had them replace an outside faucet that was leaking. They did an amazing job quickly and professionally. Thank you John and Lalo. They gave a military discount and were very nice.

Justin’s team showed up within 2 hours, identified the problem, repaired it, explained how to minimize it occurring again, and cleaned up after their work. I apologize for not remembering the names of the 2 young men that came out but Justin knows who they are. The bonus was that the price was more than fair and was under what I anticipated paying. Finally decided to bite the bullet and replace my water heater before it failed. I started calling around places to get quotes, and Justin and his team at Local Plumbing came in at a very reasonable price and best out of the bunch. They offered to come out next day to get the job done, but I wasn’t available until later in the week, so they worked with my schedule. Day of, they called letting me know they would be headed my way and even arrived a little early. Hunter and John were the two technicians that arrived and finished the job in little over an hour. They were very professional and went over their work with me when they completed the job. I will be switching to Local Plumbing for any of my home plumbing needs going forward. Awesome work!

I'm so impressed with this company! Justin and Eduardo came to replace both of our water heaters that are located in the ATTIC!! They were both extremely professional and were so careful not to damage the walls in such a tight space. They were done with everything within 2 hours and hauled away the old ones. This is an honest company with very fair prices and gave me a free quote before any work started. I highly recommend Local Plumbing, LLC for all our plumbing needs!!
