I was in a pinch and called them up, Tyler Weindorf showed up within 90 mins and fixed up and tightened a toilet of mine that was basically non functional, and also very efficiently installed a bidet for me in a different bathroom. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and the work he did was top notch. He also left me with some recommendations for things to take care of in the near future. Will definitely be calling up Flush King again if we have any plumbing issues!
