Our Roman bathtub faucet was leaking for a few days while we waited for the home owner’s warranty licensed plumber. Got tired of waiting and called affordable plumbing. Great decision from the start. Phone operators were helpful and got us scheduled that day. Jason came out and gave us a reasonable price and started working right away. Stopped the leak and came back the next day to install the new faucet. We are delighted with Jason and would highly recommend the company.
Where do I begin! Wally with Zest did absolute PHENOMENAL work, at a very reasonable price at an insanely quick pace! He not only fixed both bathroom sinks, he installed two brand new vanities, two faucets, and entirely new under sink lines. Wally cleaned, took the old trashed vanities which were a PAIN, and gave me great nutrition advice (self imposed ??). Great work Wally and zest, I will most definitely be back! Thanks again!!
Jason did an excellent job of diagnosing my issue and replacing my hot water tank. Zest was great to work with. Friendly staff answered my initial call right away and set up the appointment. The service was on time, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The replacement work was done quickly and to my satisfaction.
My water heater finally gave up the ghost after many years of faithful service. It had actually been so many years I couldn’t remember who installed the last one. Starting from scratch then, I found Affordable Plumbing listed as a 5-star reviewed company so I gave them a call. Of course it was on Labor Day Sunday, so I didn’t expect an answer. Yet I was promptly contacted by Diana, to who I related my tale of woe. She appointed me for the following Tuesday, as I told her I could ride out Labor Day no worries. Tuesday morning I get a message saying that my scheduled plumber called out sick…bummer. But Diana gave me the option to have their sister company Zest Plumbing and Drain come out to give me an estimate that afternoon. Well that turned out to be a stroke of luck - sometime just after 1200, the plumber showed up - Mr. Wally Fields. Right away I knew I was dealing with a consummate professional! Wally evaluated my situation, detailed all my options, and explained the procedures that would take place to replace my water heater. Wally has a great attitude, is cheerful and engaging, and answered all my questions (even some plumbing stuff not related to this job). Just a few short hours later, Wally had removed my old WH, correctly installed my new one, and made a believer out of me that there are still high quality, skilled, personable tradespeople out there in this world (my guess is that Zest has a whole bench full of them). Do yourself a favor - next time you need plumbing help - give Zest/Affordable a call…you won’t regret it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Wally Fields show up, well that’s just icing on the cake. I had a 2003 50 gallon water heater that started leaking rust on Saturday morning, So based off of quotes from other plumbing companies, I knew my water heater was toast, and I needed to replace it. I called Affordable Plumbing, Rooter, and Water Heaters and explain my situation, At 8 AM Sunday morning. They would not have had a technician available until Tuesday, so the lady who I spoke to on the phone immediately gave me a compromise which was their sister company Zest Plumbing and Drain, and said she would have a technician out within an hour. I was so shocked because two other plumbing companies that I spoke to on Saturday night said that they wouldn’t be able to get out to my house until Tuesday or Wednesday, which is completely understandable. Given it was the weekend and that’s what I had anticipated originally anyways. Wally, Was the technician who came to my house in the timeframe promised , immediately assessed the situation quoted me, and also gave me a fair price as well. He immediately got to work and replaced my unit, explained everything that he did on it. Everything was brand new, tiptop shape, and his customer service and friendliness were a part of the experience. I truly and highly recommend this company and if you can….request Wally! lol. Great experience during a stressful situation.
