The guys at Pocono Service Pros are those hidden gems you find on a random day when all heck breaks loose. Dan was able to come out on such short notice and saved my butt when everybody else was booked a week out. Truly professional, quality service you can't beat.

Great service. These guys were available by phone, agreed to a service call after hours on the weekend. However, after several calls with them walking me through a couple of issues, we were able to resolve the issue. We now have heat on the coldest day of the year. Great Job Pocono Service Pros..

Keith I can't thank you enough! Our furnace went out at night in the middle of an ice storm. You couldn't make it out so you walked me through how to fix it over the phone. No one else would have helped like this. Thank you so much!!

I I’ve been taking care of my uncle’s house for a few months now, and after checking in on it one evening I found the temperature had dropped 38° inside. I reached out to Pocono service pros at 8:30 in the evening and they had a technician there within the hour to help assist me with getting the furnace up and running. They were timely, courteous, arrived when they stated they would and got things up and running in less than an hour, at a reasonable price. I couldn’t be happier with the service and level of professionalism that they provided! I highly recommend them!!
