The plumbing job was well done, no problem there. One star because of the incorrect billing and the nonsense I gave them on the phone.

It was an hourly rate job. They asked me to be there at 8:00 a.m. At 7:15 a.m., the plumber called to say he had arrived and no one was there. MC Heating still charged me $200/hour for 45 minutes (2 men) while the guys waited in their truck doing nothing because of the woman's mistake on the phone.

A simple error that should have been resolved over the phone in two minutes. Instead of admitting their mistake and correcting the bill, I got a bunch of justifications based on what was said on the phone, let alone what was written on the invoice.

Not a bad company, but let's just say the trust is broken.
