Electric heating installed in 2022 followed by a heat pump in 2024. Since installing the heat pumps, I've saved approximately $1500 on heating costs. My house was rated as energy-inefficient by Hydro-Québec, but it's now rated lower than my comparison group. Thank you, MC Heating! Normand

The plumbing job was well done, no problem there. One star because of the incorrect billing and the nonsense I gave them on the phone. It was an hourly rate job. They asked me to be there at 8:00 a.m. At 7:15 a.m., the plumber called to say he had arrived and no one was there. MC Heating still charged me $200/hour for 45 minutes (2 men) while the guys waited in their truck doing nothing because of the woman's mistake on the phone. A simple error that should have been resolved over the phone in two minutes. Instead of admitting their mistake and correcting the bill, I got a bunch of justifications based on what was said on the phone, let alone what was written on the invoice. Not a bad company, but let's just say the trust is broken.
