He diagnosed the problem fast, fixed it efficiently, and then went above and beyond by taking care of a few additional things that weren’t even part of the original call. We have a large boiler system on our home and it has a large water pump The pump failed at the least opportune time for us. This repair required urgent attention and polestar responded to my 7:45 AM call and coordinated an appointment to diagnose our situation. They ordered parts and followed up the next day to install the new pump. Of course it was winter and extremely cold outside so the repair work could not wait. The pump functioned properly and the work was competently completed. Polestar is very savvy with boilers and they knew what work had to be completed.
At no fault of their own. There ended up being a manufacturers defect with the pump. Polestar responded immediately and coordinated appointments to remedy the situation. I felt that the polestar crew was more knowledgeable than the manufacturer of this pump and I was quite relieved by their expertise. They replaced the manufacturer’s defective pump and made the situation 100% resolved. The new pump was professionally installed and works perfectly.
