Terrible service. The receptionist wasn't familiar with the files. In my case, they canceled my appointment without warning and without even contacting me on the day itself. In Sainte-Anne-de-La Rochelle in 2018: Very quick emergency appointment. I had no water and suspected the landlord was cutting it off. The plumber came to inspect, and I won my case at the Régie du logement (Quebec Rental Board) thanks to his detailed report and summary of the call with the landlord, who was preventing him from accessing the bathroom in the building's basement. The plumber was empathetic, very professional, quick, and courteous.

Excellent experience with the water heater installation and plumbing correction. Professionalism and efficiency guaranteed. However, there was a lot of unnecessary pressure regarding payment deadlines. I received a call barely 24 hours after the installation "because the boss is stressed about it." This is understandable, but unpleasant nonetheless.
