Reviews
What customers say
Customers describe Charles as professional; one also praises his efficient work, punctuality and detailed explanations. In a detailed account, a customer describes repairs to pipes beneath a kitchen sink, a dishwasher installation and later water-heater work; Charles also fixed a leaking hot-water line during that installation. A negative review reports minimal service and a “disgusting outcome.”

Minimal service with low standards, resulting in a disgusting outcome. Avoid this unprofessional "contractor" at all costs.
