Excellent service from Nate! Completed and coordinated a local job via a long distance request with ease and understanding. Communicated frequently and made it a pleasant experience. I used to live in Sioux City and have found Foulk Bros. the best in the business!
Absolutely a low quality and high price rip off. Had a corner tub replaced to avoid replacing floor. They set the tub and drain leaked. They reset the tub again and built it in saying an access panel to the pump would be put in. It wasn't. We were not emailed or given the estimate. We asked if it'd be under $10,000. Terry replied, "ohh yes definitely:. It was nearly $13,000. Then we find out our water heater is too small for the tub size. There's another $3,000. Then, a year later, my basement ceiling caves in on my photography studio below the bathtub. I had to fight non stop to get them to fix the drain (again) as well as take care of the ceiling. 2 years later the tub won't turn on and the manufacturer says it's out of warranty. Reached out to Foulk brothers. They said they would call back. That was a couple months ago. I got a switch from the manufacturer but had to rip out part of the enclosure and it didn't fix it. Since the geniuses didn't put an access panel as discussed i now have to tear out the entire thing to get to the pump, if I can even fix it. Then I'll have to rebuild it regardless if I get it fixed. I'm stuck with a very expensive pile of trash.If you need work done run from these guys!
Faulk put in a new soft water unit. I was qoted a certain price and charged extra labor for time they were not here. Very disappointed. Price gouging. Tried to call, receptionist was extremely rude. Wouldn't escalate the call and hung up on me. I do NOT recommend Faulk Bros. Horrible untrustworthy shades people
Had a water line break on a weekend. Matt was there within an hour of calling and got the job done well. Their pricing was more than fair for an emergency call on a weekend. I was expecting the bill to be much worse.
