Cody and Matt are awesome. I worked with Austin before Cody and Matt and Matt far exceeded expectations. I had several things ho wrong in my house all at once , Murphy and his Laws. Cody came out and created on the spot estimates at great detail for each problem. They are super LGBTQ friendly and very easy to work with.
In the beginning of this interaction I was impressed as they were attempting to help us without it costing us. We worked out the first issue and then we had a second issue with a turn on valve. So because they were helpful we bit the bullet paid the $400 to get that fixed even though they had to come back about do a little more and then we were told that we had additional problems, which unfortunately leads me to wonder. When you get an estimate with no breakdown where this total price is coming from and are just told a an amount with tax. That is not a trusting estimate.
I needed my water heater replaced, as it was no longer working. I called Monday morning and they had it done by lunch on Tuesday. The quote was very competitive and the customer service experience was superior to the other local companies I contacted. He was very transparent on cost and expectations. He said he would prioritize us since it is winter and we were without hot water. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like a number.The two that did the install were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, they communicated well, and were focused on the job.I can't recommend them enough. They have our business for all plumbing needs in the future.
