Jonathon was excellent. He was on time and very attentive. We reviewed the issues when he arrived and he gave an estimated price - and I thought pricing was very fair and competitive. He replaced our master bath faucets and shower head, replaced a faucet bib outside, and installed several other items. Installation was professional and clean. Would definitely recommend Jonathon at Quality Plumbing!!
I needed a sewer pipe videoed for route and damage. Carl arrived on time. Performed video with locator and gave me all the info I needed to satisfy the city request. Carl was efficient and price was fair. Highly recommend Quality and I will use them for my future plumbing needs!!9
Jonathan Bigger did a great job working on our home. Although it took over two months for the parts to come in (which was outside of his control), he stayed communicative, patient, and consistently kind throughout the entire process. Once everything arrived, his workmanship was excellent. He was thorough, professional, and the job was done right the first time. It’s clear he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I really appreciate his honesty and the care he showed us. Highly recommend!
The team did a very professional job installing our new home water purifier, they were courteous, knowledgeable and on time! Johnathan was always available to answer questions, he was efficient and on top of everything from start to finish!
I had a leak underground where the water feeds into the house. It wasn’t an emergency and I got an appt for 8am the next morning. Carl was here on time, found and fixed the leak. He also changed the valve and re-wrapped the pipe for me. I am so grateful for the response and very reasonable rate. I will definitely use Quality Plumbing for future needs.
