Outstanding experience from start to finish. This team handled a complex project connecting my existing apartment duplex to a new water main, rerouting sewage to a new main, installing two new faucets, and relocating piping—and everything was done flawlessly.

Sabrina, the coordinator, was fantastic. She kept the entire process organized, communicated clearly, and made scheduling easy. Steve, the manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure every detail was handled properly. Their crew was hardworking, skilled, and respectful of the property, and the quality of their work was excellent.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took pride in doing the job right. It’s clear this company values professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I highly recommend them for any plumbing project, especially complex jobs requiring expertise and reliability. I would absolutely use them again.

SMJ Plumbing provided top-notch service, again, as usual!!

Setting up the service appointment was simple & efficient. Within 30 minutes of submitting my request, I was contacted by SMJ, & we had a plumber scheduled to arrive at the house within 48 hours. The service could have been provided within 24 hours, if not for conflicts with my schedule.

Our plumber was Austin, & he was AMAZING!! We've got a 110-year old house, so as you'd expect, repairs which would normally be "easy" tend to be a little tricky. He wasn't phased one bit. He maintained clear lines of communication during the service, explaining the issues AND resolutions concisely. For a non-plumber like myself, it was a relief.

Quick summary of repairs:
1. Replace a Flushmate system
2. Repair a vanity drain trap leak
3. Address low flow on 2 vanities
4. Repair a shower faucet leak
5. Replace a shower supply arm

SMJ has once again provided consistent, excellent service. I've used them multiple times, recommended them to friends & family, and they'll be my first call when plumbing issues arise in the future.

Love SMJ! They came out the same day for a non-emergency request and then I added on things. Was so good to see Travis again. These guys are rock solid and so personable. They make you want to find some reason to call them out! They always have the same people. I've been using SMJ for several years now and will only call them. I refer them out often to friends and colleagues. In those years they have installed a big tub for me, gas lanterns on the porch, a tankless water heater, water booster in the kitchen and repaired things.

This required tunneling and replacement of the entire drain system under the slab. Eber was the primary laborer on the job and was a steady digging machine under the house along with Brian. Eight days start to finish! Stephens guys were efficient, effective, considerate, paid attention to the details and cleaned up the work site beyond my expectations. SMJ had the right equipment for the job!!!
