Not long after we moved into our house, we started having issues with our AC system. DeSoto Air was the first business I called. I was impressed with Justin's candidness and professionalism in explaining the issue. Since our system was almost 30 years old, I knew better than to throw money at it because I knew the existing system wouldn't last. Justin talked me into a whole new Trane system. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I am a firm believer in paying for quality and good service. He helped us set up a payment plan and everything went smoothly. Since it was middle of summer and they couldn't get back out for a few days, Justin charged my old system so that we wouldn't have to suffer in the heat waiting for them to come back for the installation. Not long after the install was completed in 2019, we had a small issue that was quickly taken care of not long after we called about it. What prompted me to write this review was because I noticed our drain pan was showing some stress damage due to the attic's heat. I called the office and was scheduled for a warranty technician to come out and take a look. He called in to the office after taking some pictures and let me know that he'd call or text when he could get someone out to replace it. They came out the very next day and after an hour, everything is back as it should be.

Thanks DeSoto Air! It's nice to work with a company that no matter how big it gets still takes care of its customers with old-fashioned service. You guys will always get a solid recommendation from me whenever friends have problems with their HVAC and you have our business for life!

We had an outstanding experience with **Desoto Air**! When our hot water tank busted, Danny came out quickly, turned it off, and truly saved the day. His fast response prevented what could have been a much bigger mess, and we were so grateful for how calm and helpful he was during a stressful situation.

Desoto Air was back out here early the very next day to install our new tankless water heater. The crew was thorough, professional, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the work area was kept clean, and the installation was done efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Desoto Air to anyone needing reliable, top-quality work!

Danny was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what was needed to be done. He showed up on time worked efficiently and treated my home with respect.
What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He didn’t try to upsell or rush the job he focused on doing it right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

This business is awesome. I called on Monday morning at 7am on a toilet we could not get unclogged. Spoke with Danny whom was very pleasant and said he could have someone arrive between 8am and noon. To my surprise Danny himself arrived 2 hours later... that's is what I call excellent service. Danny was here all of maybe 10 minutes and fixed the problem and did not charge arm and a leg...lol like some other business' I know. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Desoto Air and Plumbing. Thanks Danny for providing excellent service.
