Starting with the office, (sorry but I have to mention the office ladies!!), there is no better group of good people that are there to help, all super supportive and friendly, love you guys ??
As far as this particular technician goes, Reno… well, he has been to my home a few times now for various reasons and he is on time if not earlier, haha, he is kind, courteous, easy to talk to about the current job at hand and to help me with future plans! Extremely knowledgeable about everything!! I trust him explicitly!! I wouldn’t ask for anyone else! And I won’t! I honestly can’t say enough good things about Reno and all the ladies in the office, I think I’ve spoken to every one of them that works there, and I know when you see my name, you’ll remember who I am, hehehe ????????!!!
Thank you for all your help and thank you for helping me get into the Mitch Wright Club, it has already saved me money, and I know it will in the future, well worth it!
(I’ve also noticed that plumbing isn’t listed for the service I received, but that’s what my service was for, plumbing.)
