Waited 3 days for an electrical estimate. My 90 year old parent lost electri to their kitchen and master bath.They were suppose to come by between 12 and 4 today.No one showed or called.Wasted 3 days of time I could have been looking for a reputable company!!! I'm a contractor in Fl and I would be out of business with this kind of service!!Very disappointed!!!
Wow! I cannot express enough how much of a heaven-send this company was. Their services provided me and my family with peace of mind. Todd Clayton (Todd Allen) was such an exceptional technician; professional but down to earth, highly knowledgeable and experienced while also humble and spoke with clear explanations.As part of RW’s comfort club, I requested to have my annual flushing for my tankless water heater. We received exceptional care and attention to our system. But thanks to Todd’s attention to detail, he noticed an issue with my dryer vent and went out of his way to help me fix it and show me how to do it myself. His going the extra mile to attend to this issue helped protect our home from a potential fire hazard. This was just from the kindness of his heart to care for the customer.I highly recommend RW and I highly recommend Todd! Bravo!!

Came in to our Air not operating. Mr. Ronnie along with his tech had our a/c up and running within 2 hours of our call. Great Company, Great Techs!! They will be our first call with any future a/c issues!
I had previously given this company a positive review, praising its reliability and trustworthiness. However, my experience in March 2025 was far from satisfactory.Fast forward to August 2025, and my AC overflowed due to clogged pipes that clearly hadn’t been serviced. Additionally, I had other issues with my AC that had not been addressed. My hot water heater also stunk, indicating that it hadn’t been serviced either.When I called the company, it took three attempts to get a response. I left several messages, and finally, I received a response from the owner five days later. (To be fair, I started calling on Friday, and I understand that they don’t work on weekends. However, this was an emergency as water was leaking from my ceiling, and I didn’t receive a response until Tuesday.)The owner’s response was dismissive and unapologetic. He claimed that the issues weren’t their fault and refused to pay for any repairs. I wasn’t even asking him to pay for repairs; I was simply requesting a reimbursement for the service that they clearly didn’t provide in March.There’s more to the story, but that’s the gist of it. I would never recommend this company. Their service is terrible, and their customer service is even worse. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.
