Motor City Plumbing and Rob have been great to work with. We had him install a three handle shower/faucet kit in our mid-renovation bathroom when the original gave out on us, and he was very accommodating and helpful with our situation. After the install, we were having some issues with the water pressure, and he helped me figure out that the shower head we purchased months earlier was the problem, possibly defective. He explained all my questions about it and gave me advice on what I can do. I also got some really good recommendations on companies for the rest of the renovation! Scheduling over the phone has been super easy and Rob came right at the beginning of the time windows we were given.

Had a big job ahead of him and being here for almost ten hours then coming back the next day still was overly friendly. Mark also brought help for the big job ahead. Tyler and Dom were great also. Job was completed and they cleaned up everything. Thank you all for the great service and understanding, and helping with financial end.
