Motor City Plumbing and Rob have been great to work with. We had him install a three handle shower/faucet kit in our mid-renovation bathroom when the original gave out on us, and he was very accommodating and helpful with our situation. After the install, we were having some issues with the water pressure, and he helped me figure out that the shower head we purchased months earlier was the problem, possibly defective. He explained all my questions about it and gave me advice on what I can do. I also got some really good recommendations on companies for the rest of the renovation! Scheduling over the phone has been super easy and Rob came right at the beginning of the time windows we were given.
I got an appointment quickly for a quote and for the work to get done. Tyler changed out the gas line for my dryer so it now meets code, added a new venting duct, and cleared out the old shoddy work that was as here when I moved in. The work was done right and very clean the first time! Highly recommend Motor City Plumbing.
Robert "Rojo" Johnson was awesome.!! Upon meeting found him to be very personable and professional. He explained everything he was going to do. After he finished he double checked his work to make sure everything was in working order. I should mention he did the job very quick, a big plus. I will definitely use him again
Jamie and Andrea were a pleasure to talk to. Very helpful. Then came out plumber Mark. He was great! Very friendly and explained everything. Had a big job ahead of him and being here for almost ten hours then coming back the next day still was overly friendly. Mark also brought help for the big job ahead. Tyler and Dom were great also. Job was completed and they cleaned up everything. Thank you all for the great service and understanding, and helping with financial end. Hopefully I won't need anymore plumbing service but if I do it will be MOTOR CITY PLUMBING and DRAIN. Thank you Mark for getting the job done!Thank you all so muchMarv.
