WOW!! What a great experience I had doing business with IHS Plumbing. I had a leak under my house. I called on a Monday morning thinking I would have to wait a few days to get it repaired. They had a cancellation and were able to come out the same day. I was super happy about that. Dawson and Brian were amazing. Both VERY polite and professional. I recently had a leak repaired by Ira Hansen and Sons plumbing. I had called on a saturday and they were able to come out on monday to give me a quote and they were able to do the work that same day. Dawson was our plumber and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly to me. I thought the price was very affordable and reasonable. I was super stressed out about this leak in my kitchen drain but Dawson did such a wonderful job. He was so fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company! They were so great!
Young man named Dawson King arrived promptly for appointment. He gave a concise assessment of the problem and explained how he was going to solve it. Very good communication. Dawson was efficient and did very clean work. In addition, the company was very accommodating. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was able to get me a next day appointment forst thing in the morning after hearing about the water leak. She said my timing was impeccable, but I think she went the extra mile, too, to help me out. Dawson even called me the night before to get a good idea of what the job involved. He walked me through ensuring water was shut off properly in preparation for the repair. I recommend this plumbing company. It is solid, seems dependable, and has integrity. And, they go above and beyond to help out a homeowner beside himself with a water leak!!
If you ever need any plumbing services I would highly recommend Ira Hanson plumbing. Let me tell you why. I reeded myhouse re-piped because my pipes were all galvanized and over 60 years old. I started by getting three estimates. Two plumbing contractors gave me an estimate without even looking underneath my house. Both of those estimates were extremely high. My last estimate was with Greg from Ira Hansen plumbingHe was very polite and answered all my questions. he even crawled underneath my house, which has only a 3 foot crawlspace and did a thorough inspection of everything that needed to be done .I received a very reasonable estimate three days after the initial inspection. I decided to go with Ira Hanson because the price was very affordable and they are known to be a reputable company in the Reno area. When Greg and his co-worker, Louis , showed up they got right to work and got the job done in two days! They cleaned up their work area at the end of each day and always kept us posted on what was happening. I will definitely be using Ira Hansen pluming in the future and so could you.
