Awesome plumbing company and Anthony Arroyo is a great plumbing advisor. I had a tiny leak being reported by my Leak Bot, so I called Platinum Rooter & Plumbing. Anthony came out and brought Josh with Restoration 1 with him to see where the leak was coming from. It was such a tiny amount, it was undetectable, so Anthony said he would contact the rep from Leak Bot to see if he could figure out where the problem lies. Great service, and great guys! Highly recommended! And to top things off, there was no charge for the visit! That’s unbelievably amazing!! Thanks again!
My water heater stopped working on December 23rd, and I called Platinum for help. Their service was absolutely phenomenal. They were able to send a technician to my home the very same day during the holidays!Gabe, the technician who came out, could not have been more helpful. He clearly explained what was happening, walked me through all of my options, and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure. I ultimately needed a new water heater, and Gabe went above and beyond—he patiently waited while I purchased a more affordable unit from Home Depot, hauled away the old one, and professionally installed the new heater.I cannot recommend Platinum highly enough. Their customer service, professionalism, and integrity were outstanding, and they will absolutely have my business for life.
