Excellent customer service and workmanship! Nate arrived at my home right on time. He was kind enough to move a small cabinet out of the work area and started on the hot water tank install. He was here almost 3 hours and worked quickly and efficiently. Nate had to take time to dig out the water shut off to the house!!! I can't say enough about how the perfect this job was done. Highly recommend Professional Piping.

Recently, Nate, one of their plumbers had to take care of a challenging job at our business. He took it on with such dedication and drive. I literally could not be more impressed by his approach, expertise, and diligence on doing whatever it took to get the problem resolved with as little disruption to my business as possible. Pro Piping just continues to have the best of the best in their company. On another occasion, I had a fellow local business owner with a mission critical plumbing issue that shut down their business during the holidays, when they needed to be open the most. It also was an extraordinarily challenging and time-consuming issue as undergrown pipe failed under the business to the city sewer. They could not operate until it was fixed. Even though it was the weekend, the owner himself coordinated immediate emergency service and minimized the downtime of this new small business owner. The level of gratitude she has, and the way he was able to help her in her time of need is part of why they will always be my plumbing company of choice. Professional Piping did a great job installing a new gas line out to my shed. They did the work for a fair price and worked quickly to meet my schedule needs. Professional Piping Inc. installed a boiler unit for heating my radiant floors and the water in the house. It works great! The unit was able to combine the water boiler and the radiant floor furnace and pump all into one. It gave me so much more room in the utility area. It has been over a year since they installed the unit and its still working phenomenally! Not only do I feel like I got a great product, I also was treated kindly and respectfully. I was that annoying customer asking tons of questions and was watching as they did the whole project because I wanted to learn. I definitely will be using them in the future and would recommend Professional Piping Inc. to anyone!
