The technician Terry Wells was outstanding with his customer service and attention to the details of cleaning out my septic tank. He was professional and thorough, and also very personable. He explained what he was doing, and gave feedback on how to keep my septic system running smoothly. My tank was oversized (1500 gallons) and overfull, so it was more expensive to have pumped than if I had kept it on a better pumping schedule. I don't think it had been pumped in at least 15 years. So, I think the price was very fair, but I don't have anything to compare it to.

She answered all of my questions and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s nice dealing with someone who is both professional and easy to talk to.
