The technician Terry Wells was outstanding with his customer service and attention to the details of cleaning out my septic tank. He was professional and thorough, and also very personable. He explained what he was doing, and gave feedback on how to keep my septic system running smoothly. My tank was oversized (1500 gallons) and overfull, so it was more expensive to have pumped than if I had kept it on a better pumping schedule. I don't think it had been pumped in at least 15 years. So, I think the price was very fair, but I don't have anything to compare it to.

The gentleman, Terry Wells, who came out to drain our septic tank was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions without rushing, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and handled.

However, our experience with Best Septic Tank Service was so excellent in every respect that we feel compelled to go on the record about it. The rare combination of professionalism, expertise, responsive communication, performance excellence and friendliness, demonstrated by supervisor Nick G., the installation crew and the office staff were exceptional. Their knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and explanation of appropriate alternatives enabled us to make informed decisions that we felt comfortable with.
