Andrew fixed our furnace less than 24 hours after it went out in sub-zero temperatures. Our furnace was only 4.5 years old, and it turned out the wiring was done incorrectly by the company that installed it. We discussed the fact that there might have been more damage done, but he was able to figure out the heating elements were still intact before agreeing to having the work done. He let us know about the service club, which will save us money down the road. He was polite and professional, and we would recommend them if asked.
Schuyler was out today to do our furnace check up! He is a very nice young man. Everything went well and he changed our humidifier filter which I was suprised he had on his truck. Great service and was on time!
Kevin was friendly, informative and professional. He was focused and performed his tasks efficiently. Would recommend him from Tiger! I need to edit my previous post. Kevin was great, but company is very hard to work with if you have questions and want detailed information and answers. Owners and Management are not customer oriented or friendly and when called to get answers on what type of water heater I was getting they were vague and didn’t want to answer. I tried to cancel membership but was told, I agreed to membership for a year. They pressure you to at least sign up for membership before they start providing estimates or any type of service. For this reason, I give zero stars but google only allows 1 star.
This team really came to the rescue! We had a burst in our main service line, that we didnt realize till the bill came sadly. I messaged them in the evening, and heard back first thing the next morning. After reviewing the problem they gave me a quote, worked with me on the financing, and came out very quickly after. They got all the work done quickly and efficiently. All the staff were super kind and understanding. Any time i called, and every step of the way, whenever I had any questions or concerns they always took the time to help me and explain everything. If you have any work that needs doing, and you feel overwhelmed and worried, definitely go to the Tiger team and they'll have your back every step of the way!Also tiger offers this great annual service to check furnaces, ac units and water heaters. just had mine serviced today by a gentleman called Aaron Easley. He did a great job was quick and efficient, and gave me a sinple breakdown of everything. love these guys!
