Excellent service! I called about my kitchen sink drainage issue and they sent someone the next morning. The gentleman fixed/replaced my pipes and used his snake. He was efficient, knowledgeable and cleanly.
This company is amazing. My furnace had issues during the very cold weather. Turns out my 25 year old furnace had had enough. Even thos it was a Friday, Jason got me a new one from Edmonton, and 2 lovely fellas installed it same day. All the staff are lovely. We have used Fix It Right before and will continue doing so. Once you find a good company you hang on to them!
I noticed my Furnace running funny this morning. Called them at 8:30am, was told I will probably see the tech this afternoon. Tech was here by 10am. New Inducer Motor installed and gone by noon. Good job on ticking all the boxes and getting everything fixed.Great job team as always.
Jason and the team he has created are amazing! If anything goes wrong with my plumbing or heating they are the first people I call because I know I'll get through to someone very quickly. They are always happy and polite when they show up to do work and very easy to talk to. If I ask questions they take the time to answer them. Small town kind of service. Amazing! You don't find companies like this one very often.
I have used Fix It Right a couple of times in the past, and have always had great service.This time I called about an issue with my toilet. The technician came quickly and it seemed like a minor repair, but led to the toilet tank developing a crack. Fix It Right came back the next day and installed a new toilet right away. No charge to me at all! The technician ( Owen) was professional and helpful at all times.This is a great company to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing plumbing services.Thank you for your great customer service.
