My furnace broke down a couple of weeks ago early in the evening, thank goodness it wasn’t super cold! First thing the next morning I called Northface Mechanical who were able to come out just a couple hours later and take a look at my furnace. The main fan motor and an electrical component broke down and Chris wasn’t able to find one from the manufacturer but after some research found an after market one that worked just great. From start to finish it took only a few hours to diagnose, remove the motor, drive from Spruce Grove to Edmonton to grab the new motor then install it. Couldn’t have been happier!
