North Face Mechanical Ltd

My furnace broke down a couple of weeks ago early in the evening, thank goodness it wasn’t super cold! First thing the next morning I called Northface Mechanical who were able to come out just a couple hours later and take a look at my furnace. The main fan motor and an electrical component broke down and Chris wasn’t able to find one from the manufacturer but after some research found an after market one that worked just great. From start to finish it took only a few hours to diagnose, remove the motor, drive from Spruce Grove to Edmonton to grab the new motor then install it. Couldn’t have been happier! Paul.

North Face Mechanical Ltd doesn’t just fix machines — they fix lives. I’ve watched them mobilize their entire team to repair broken heating systems in low-income homes right before winter hits, working late into the night so families don’t have to choose between warmth and food. They’ve also partnered with local technical schools to fund scholarships and provide hands-on internships, creating a pipeline of skilled workers who stay in the community and give back in their own way. This isn’t just 'corporate social responsibility' — it’s genuine care in action. And it shows in how the community rallies around them: when they needed extra staff during a busy season, dozens of people applied not just for a job, but to be part of a company that truly makes a difference. They’ve built a legacy of kindness that will outlast any piece of equipment they service."

North Face Mechanical Ltd stands out as a true community partner whose service work has left a lasting mark. From offering free HVAC maintenance to local schools and homeless shelters during extreme weather seasons, to sponsoring skills training programs that help young people enter the trades, their commitment goes far beyond business operations. This deep investment in the community hasn’t just made life better for hundreds of residents — it’s also strengthened the company from within: employees take immense pride in their role in giving back, leading to higher engagement and loyalty, while the community’s trust has turned into long-term partnerships and word-of-mouth support that drives their success. They’ve shown that great business and meaningful community impact can go hand in hand.

I recently had North Face Mechanical service my air conditioning unit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process clearly, and completed the work efficiently. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The A/C now runs smoothly, and the difference in cooling is noticeable right away. I highly recommend North Face Mechanical for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy A/C repair services.
