Jaxon arrived for my service request promptly on a Saturday, assessed the issue and gently let me know a leak was caused by a misplaced hose from the furnace humidifier (totally my fault!), all without making me feel like a total fool. I wanted to thank Jaxon and Heartland Plumbing for fixing my new bathroom plumbing issue. After 2 failed attempts of replacing a 4 way valve in a bathtub replacement, he came in and quickly remedied my problem. Very reasonable price and we were very pleased with the outcome. He discussed what needed to be done. Gave a quote before beginning his work. Cleaned up after completion. I would highly recommend Heartland Plumbing and they are now my go to plumber for future plumbing fixes/jobs.
