I have been a loyal customer with this company for years, I have AC and plumbing monthly payment service, without using them much. Two days ago my sump pump system collapsed, I was lucky that I saw that on time and since them using my extra pump to remove the water. When I detected this made a call to have service for my problem. It was scheduled for a day after, yesterday, but I got a call from a gentleman that wouldn't happen since they have certain issues. I accepted the excuse as I was advised on time. I was scheduled for today from 10 to 2 pm. Since nobody called neither showed up I called the customer service line and it was when a lady told me that the appointment had been changed for 1 pm to 5 pm. Ir was upsetting. They should change their name from reliance to unreliable. Frustrating, no worthy to have this service!

I was very impressed with how fast my service call was and the installation. Just not sure why this damaged tank was completely installed with the scratches that are quite visible. Looks like it has banged around.
