Reviews
What customers say
Customers describe efficient, professional plumbing work. One customer says the company sourced a nonstandard flush-box part before replacing a hot-water boiler, while another appreciated an explanation of temporary fixes and maintenance concerns. A separate customer reports that a bathroom leak continued after two repair attempts and a pipe change, returned badly in both bathrooms, and that the company then refused another visit and ended the call.

Sooley's persisted in locating a nonstandard part for our flush box. Our confidence in Sooley's knowledge, commitment and workmanship grew with 2 repairs until we finally decided on Sooley's installation of a replacement hot water boiler. Very
reliable.

It all started with the way they answered my call and everyone from there on was friendly and nothing short of professional. The on-site tech, was very informative about all the issues and costs associated with maintaining my system including what was the easy/temporary fix all the way up to what was bordering on dangerous. Looking forward to hiring them for future needs. Highly recommended!

What can I say! Allan Sooley Plumbing has been dealing with my families plumbing for years from small jobs to a complete Reno last year. They are professional, timely and helpful. I would recommend Allan Sooley Plumbing to all my family and friends. Top notch!

I had a leak in my main bathroom, a technician from this company came out and said he fixed it, was here 1.5 hours and charged me $207 only for me to end up with two leaks. I called the company back they sent out a different technician who was very friendly and he changed a pipe and we thought the issue was resolved, was charged another $240 for about 2 hours work. The second bathroom leaked again and the same technician came back but couldn't find the leak. The same evening both bathrooms leaked badly, when I called to get a technician to come back the old man told me he wasn't sending anyone else out and hung up on me. Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!!!!!
