Bought an older home that needed a gas shutoff valve replaced. I was able to get a technician out the next day. Megan was my technician, and she was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Was given a reasonable quote and job done right away. She was also kind enough to show me the main shut off, and provide quotes for future plumbing works. My furnace wasn't working right, and Brian from Metro came out pretty much right away. He identified and resolved the issue quickly. He also gave me a lot of great advice, and adjusted a few settings that should help lower my monthly gas bill. He also stayed around to make sure the furnace was running properly before he left. I wasn't sure which HVAC company to use after my former HVAC retired. I made the right choice going with Metro Heating & Cooling and Plumbing, and will continue to use them from now on.
