I recently had a full HVAC system installed by Budget Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.From the start, their pricing was fair and transparent, and the financing options made a big investment feel much more manageable. What really stood out was how quickly they got things done! my installation was scheduled within just two days, which was a huge relief considering the weather went from 90 to 40 and back again.I initially called them for a second opinion after receiving a questionable one from another company. Budget had installed a water heater for me back in 2023 and I was impressed with their work at that time. The technician they sent, Patrick, was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to walk me through everything clearly. He told me what the issues were, gave me a price to fix it, and then only when I asked did he suggest replacing the entire system, since mine was from 1991 and well past its prime.The installation team was just as impressive. The two gentlemen who completed the work were professional, hardworking, and genuinely courteous. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the system before they left. On top of that, they cleaned up thoroughly, which I definitely appreciated.Overall, this was as smooth and stress-free as one might hope for, considering a new HVAC system is a major financial decision. I've used both the heat and the AC since it was installed and both are working great! I’d highly recommend Budget Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for any sort of needs in these areas you may have.
The technician Devon was very polite and knowledgeable. He identified the issue quickly and was able to fix it. He also informed me of what the issue was. I really appreciate Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing for sending someone to fix the issue within less than 24 hours.
Budgets tech was great, had our service restored within 15 minutes of him getting here. The charge was where I am upset. The part they replaced is was 56.00 at Home Depot. I was charged 100.00 for a service call and installation, which I agreed to. The charge for part came to 500.00 for a condensation pump. Total cost was 640.00. I feel taken advantage of.
Keshon Howard and Daveiontay Williams were very professional and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions and gave me reassurance that the job will be done correctly. Mostly I appreciate there cleanliness and the disposal of the old furnace. After job was done they gave me a walk through of everything that was completed. I appreciate everything they have done and the way budget handle the process of getting a new furnace install at my home. This week is getting pretty cold so I really appreciate there timing. Technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was doing a free tune up from my home warranty so I did get pushed back about a month and a half from my original appointment since there were others with urgent heating needs. My appointment was also a last minute opening. I still have 5 stars because once they got here the service was excellent and I do understand priority for families in need of heat.
