I am very pleased & satisfied with the work performed by Hoffman Brothers. Bradley Cooper arrived at my home when scheduled. His work order contained the three items which needed to be addressed. We reviewed the three different jobs and then he gave me an estimate which included some additional items that would improve my plumbing from the original builder. Bradley was friendly, professional and was helpful in answering all of my questions regarding his estimate and recommendations. He completed the tasks on the work order within a reasonable period of time. All of items were repaired to my satisfaction. Bradley reviewed the his notes on the work completed and the amount of the final invoice which matched his earlier estimate. He answered a few final questions I had and then he was off to his next assignment. I was pleased with the work done by Mr. Cooper. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has an issue with their plumbing. If I have any issues in the future I will not hesitate to contact Hoffman Brothers and specifically request Mr. Cooper to make the service call.
Jacob Meister did a fantastic job! He was super quick to help us with our dryer, and gave us some helpful tips for the future. Jacob was also patient to listen to all of my questions and was very courteous in our home. Thank you for all of your great help, Jacob! I am glad to have my dryer working, again. I love how quick it was to schedule with Hoffman, too. The service is always fantastic!
Justin of Hoffman Brothers is AWESOME. He is the consummate professional He arrived on time, took our washer apart more quickly than they do it on YouTube, lol, diagnosed it, and was very patient with all of my questions. He gave us great information and we're considering using Hoffman now for everything that they offer. He is a great representative and I hope that everyone at Hoffman is as professional and courteous and knowledgeable as Justin.

Layne from Hoffman Brothers came out for a furnace service call at my home. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.
