Extremely informative about the issue, what they were doing to resolve it, flexible to my schedule and availability, and just an overall solid team of workers. Didn't have a great experience. During replacement of a shower fixture they completely cut one of my studs. Not notched or a small section; the entire cross section of the load bearing stud where the piping ran. Then they tried to tell me it was ok because it was still attached at the top and bottom. To make it worse, the repair leaked after they left. To their credit, the did come back out and fix the leak and the installed a wedge to replace the removed section of stud.I was going to give them another chance with installation of a tankless hot water heater, but they never called me back after I signed the agreement.Overall they seem like nice people and from other reviews it seems like they do good work, but their communication with me was poor and if I didn't know any about home repairs and not pushed them on their error, they would have walked away with damaging my house.
