My boiler failed around 6 PM on a Wednesday night—I lost heat and hot water with temperatures at 11 degrees and a record-cold weekend ahead. On a friend’s recommendation, I called Fairconn around 11 PM, not really expecting an answer. To my surprise, the owner, Adam, picked up. He listened carefully, talked through the situation with me, and rearranged his schedule to meet me at 7 AM the very next morning.

From that first interaction, everything felt professional, honest, and pressure-free. Adam didn’t push me to replace the system right away. Instead, he recommended running diagnostics to see if a repair was possible. When we confirmed replacement was the right choice, he patiently walked me through selecting the right unit and then moved his schedule to get the new system installed the very next day.

On installation day, Adam arrived with a full crew of plumbers and electricians. They removed the old system, installed the new boiler and copper piping, and clearly took pride in their work. The craftsmanship was excellent—no shortcuts—and the team was respectful, professional, and left my basement spotless, which is rare with contractors.

Adam was onsite the entire time, working alongside his team and always available by phone. He’s genuinely a good guy—sincere, polite, and someone you immediately trust.

I texted him about an issue and he responded quickly, came out to the house the same day to assess everything, and then returned the following day to fix the problem. The whole process was straightforward, efficient, and honestly painless — which is not something I usually associate with plumbing work.

The repair itself was done quickly, the pricing felt very reasonable, and I was genuinely impressed by how neat and tidy everything was when he finished. No mess, no stress.

On top of that, Adam is just a really friendly, easy-to-talk-to guy. He explained what was going on clearly and made the whole experience feel comfortable instead of overwhelming.

From start to finish, they are always super responsive to calls and messages get returned quickly, scheduling is easy, and they show up when they say they will. That reliability alone is huge, but what really keeps us coming back is the combination of quality work and fair pricing.
