Their extensive knowledge and experience is impressive and their patience to answer questions and explain multiple options has me leaning strongly towards choosing this company to do the job. So far I’ve only got an estimate but I believe I’ll be calling them soon to get the ball rolling and get the work done. A good friend from out of state that works in plumbing says it’s a good price for the job and they’ll be replacing my tankless water heater with one that can provide about twice as much hot water per minute as my current one.

Wonderful Tech he really checked out our heating unit very well. I was told what for tech to come out it would be 129.00 dollars but after he checked our unit it was 279.00 dollars. He did a maintenance check. The price was rather concerning to me But he found everything to be ok. Also can you email me a receipt, we didn't get one. Everything else we were satisfied with.

Josh and Jonathan installed our new water heater today. They came out to service our old one and the internal components were rusted, not to mention it was 11 years old. We decided on replacement and the techs ran and got the new water heater today and installed a new shut off valve as well. We had our routine HVAC maintenance today too. We were glad they could do both jobs at once, and replaced our Water heater same day! Pricing was great. Technicians were super friendly and knowledgeable!

This was our first experience with this company. They were awesome from beginning to end. The scheduler was very understanding of our situation, especially with a huge snowstorm coming. The technician came out and was finished within half an hour or so.Everything is working wonderfully and I cannot thank them enough. Jared was very pleasant and took time to explain things to me. Now I feel confident we will stay nice and warm this weekend. Thank you.

Communication was terrible unfortunately. I hope everyone is okay since we never heard from the repair person who was supposed to help us.

Called in and requested an urgent visit. The call service said someone would be in touch. We received an automated text message, but that was it. In the next four hours, we called two more times simply asking if someone would be out that day. For a $189 urgent fee, I think that’s a reasonable request. Never heard anything, so we canceled with Blue Mountain. Unless there were extenuating circumstances, I would not recommend.

Blauch Brothers located and fixed my PRV. Blue Mountain wouldn't even go into my crawl space to look for it. Told me the town had to handle the PRV. But Blue Mountain told me 4 times that there was a 129$ service fee. They were more concerned about the fee than fixing my PRV. Then they have the nerve to call me for a Google review. We'll here it is. Never again with Blue Mountain.

A long overdue review: I contracted Blue Mountain Plumbing to do the yearly maintenance on my A/C in the Spring as well as my boiler in the Fall. I noted to them that I was experiencing a small leak in the attic A/C unit that needed to be addressed.

Their tech arrived and left the configuration for the drain line as seen in the pictures with vents before and after the p-trap. The scorch marks seen on the PVC pipe is due to him using a torch lighter to bend it rather than being provided the necessary parts by his company.

Not only did this NOT fix the issue, but it made it worse. I won't profess to be an HVAC professional, but if you google "vent before or after p trap", you'll find that it's basic knowledge to always vent after a trap. How much water actually drained outside the house as it should - I don't know - but a good deal ended up in my ceiling instead (as pictured).

Another tech was dispatched. He surveyed the unit, said nothing of the drain pipe installation, and simply noted that my PVC emergency drain pan was cracked - which I already knew. The thing is, water should never be getting to the emergency drain pan unless something is wrong. It's right there in the name. I asked for a quote to have it replaced, but received NO further communication.

The original owners of my home had the A/C installed to sell the home. I found out the original installation company after calling around (All Temp). Their crew came in not two, but three times with far more expertise than what was shown by Blue Mountain. The first time they ripped out the hack job of a drain pipe (as seen in photo) and that immediately seemed to fix the problem. However, there was still the small original dripping occurring that they came back for, diagnosed, and repaired. They did all this and didn't charge me a dime - seven years after they installed it.. I can't recommend them any more.

I offered to have Blue Mountain correct this situation by simply installing an emergency drain pan free of charge, but they declined.

We had previously used a different plumbing company but saw lots of Blue Mountain vans in our area so we thought we would give them a try. Unfortunately, we believe they took advantage of us on the charges. We had a small intermittent leak from our toilet. We knew the float stem and flapper valve would need replacing to resolve the issue. Their technicians said it would cost $434, but they would waive the $129 service fee for the visit. My wife asked them for an itemization and they said that's what a toilet repair costs, no itemization! I recently had shoulder surgery or I would have done this repair myself. The replacement parts cost less than $50. So I could pay the $129 service fee and still have a leaky toilet and have to call another plumber who would also charge another service fee. We paid the $434 because it would be months before my shoulder will be ready for plumbing repairs. The repair took less than 30 minutes. We would not recommend this company for plumbing services. There either over priced or unscrupulous. Either way, we will never use them again.

Our old central air unit imploded in our house, causing major damage, Jared came out and after talking with us along with offering a payment plan, we were sold! This was our first major expense, and they made it possible. Easy to schedule around my work schedule, and the installers were great, informative and believed in there products. They were done in one day! Out with the old and in with the new. Very happy!

Excellent value, extremely thorough maintenance, knowledgeable and friendly service. I couldn't be happier with my experience. It feels great going into winter knowing our mini-split system is in top shape and ready for whatever nature throws at us. :)

First of all, the technicians are great, so it’s unfortunate you need to work with Blue Mountain to get access to the technicians. Our AC went out the end of July and was not fixed until mid August. The first time I called, I was told the technician was on his way. I waited for an hour and called back and was told no one was available. The following day the technician came and told us it was a bad fan. We needed to sign a contract and pay 500 to get them to order the part. After a week, no word from Blue Mountain. I called and was told they would follow up to see when the part would be coming in, but heard nothing. I reached out again and they said the part was scheduled to be delivered so we scheduled an appointment for installation. On that day I was contacted and told the part did not arrive. They did not seem to know where it was. They finally found it and we scheduled another appointment. This time they said the motor was damaged and could not be installed. They scheduled a reorder and this time the fan arrived with a missing piece. The technician was able to figure it out and got the AC back up and working after 3 weeks during the hottest part of summer. There was definitely no urgency on Blue Mountain’s part to help us even though we had a contract with them. This is a poorly run business with trustworthy technicians.

Our A/C stopped working, and Blue Mountain had someone at our house within an hour of calling! The tech showed up right on time, found the issue (a capacitor), had the part on hand, and fixed it immediately. Fast, professional, and super efficient. Highly recommend!

Amazing technical work and customer service ! As a new customer we purchased the Plumbing and HVAC Partner Plan. Our first regular safety inspection was scheduled a week out. I had a needed repair and spoke with the office manager, Donna who scheduled the repair and inspection that morning. Thank you for your kindness and flexibility ! Jared and Zach (in training) were our technicians. We were positively stunned by their knowledge, expertise, and courtesy ! Jared was most helpful in explaining the results of the inspection as well as providing us with a prioritized list of recommended maintenance and repairs. I have used Blue Mountain for a number of years now... for the reasons checked below, but for many other reasons, a well. I usually see a technician named Jared who is and has always been so talented. Jared has repaired so many things in my house!! I always like working with this company. They will let you set up appointments via text, which I love because I hate to talk on the phone. Blue Mountain is a wonderful, thorough and professional company!! Hire them!!!
