Vailes provides excellent service - from Kim & Kim who are always helpful answering questions and scheduling work - to the pro’s who come to do the jobs. Samantha has been very helpful with planning my projects. Will replaced the water heater over a year ago and David did a great job draining it today for regular maintenance. Jake & Lance did an excellent job replacing the HVAC a couple seasons ago and Michael followed up with the maintenance - both the furnace and A/C are so much better than the previous units. Vailes hires the nicest people - every one of them I have met - and they all do top-notch work! My advice - call Vailes and hire a Pro. I appreciate being able to call anytime and get help with projects big and small. Thank you for taking good care of our home!
Last year Vailes did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system. We were pleased with installation and price was reasonable. We received a call that Vailes would do a complimentary inspection on our plumbing. We agreed to have it done. The inspection went great. Only issue was the PCV was bad and needed to be replaced. Too much water pressure was going through the pipes and would eventually cause damage. The price to repair this was ridiculous!! Plus a disclaimer that there could possibly be more cost if problems with replacing it! The charge to replace was$764!! I bought the part for $149 and replaced it in under an hour ( had never done it before)!! Don’t appreciate them trying to rip us off. They also will not tell me how much they will charge to do inspection on HVAC system. I am supposed to get a free inspection in the spring but after that will have to pay. I am disappointed in them.
I reached out to the owner of Vailes on Super Bowl Sunday and he replied to my message right away. I was out of town and came home to no heat in my house. He offered to have portable heaters brought to me that night but I assured him that I had a gas log fireplace and would be fine for one night if he thought he could send someone the next day. True to their word, I received a call the next morning and they scheduled for their technicians to come take a look at my heating unit that afternoon. The two men who arrived were very courteous and explained everything from start to finish in detail. They fixed the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Vailes Heating & Air for any of your needs.
Vailes has always been very professional and honest. Never once was I subjected to the "Pressure sales tactics" we all know most companies to use. Highly highly recommend Vailes when it comes to installs or just simple maintenance, I've had them do both and never once had any issues with their work. Great workers all around and highly knowledgeable, they know what they're doing and it shows. Will always use Vailes for any and all my HVAC needs.
Had a OTR microwave installed including installation of outside venting as well. Chad and the team did a great job start to finish. Looks great and functions exactly as intended. Dealing with Vailes from start to finish was a seamless process including their excellent communication and customer service. Would recommend for any home repair/ remodel/ installation needs!
