If I could give more stars I would. I had my first experience dealing with Valley Air Monday. In the past, I had always dealt with Blue Mountain for all my HVAC needs. But after having a less than positive experience with them these past 2 weeks, I decided to give Valley Air a call and get a 2nd opinion on my HVAC repair, and boy, I'm glad I did. Long story short, BM said one thing was wrong with my system, ordered parts for my repair incomplete, and basically had me without heat in my house for over a week while waiting on the part. I called Valley Air and the ladies I spoke to on the phone were very kind and helpful. They waived my dispatch fee since they were doing a 2nd opinion and sent a tech out Monday. The tech came, found the actual problem, fixed it, and I had heat less than an hour later. Turns out the BM tech totally misdiagnosed the issue and was gonna have me pay over $600 for a part I didn't even need and wouldn't have fixed the issue my system was having. On top of that, I was without heat for a week when I didn't have to be. I'd still be dealing with this issue if not for the good folks at Valley Air. They got me my heat AND saved me $500+. Can't thank the tech and the ladies on the phone enough. Valley Air has a life long customer in me. You won't be disappointed with the prices or the service. AWESOME company!
I had a wonderful experience with this Company, I called them. They came straight out to fix my Heat & Air, they did such a wonderful job on a two days. My heat is up and going before the storm, the gentleman they sent. Here was great. He came twice because I asked for him to come again I will again when I need them again. I highly recommend this company. They are so nice when you call and polite and they understand what you’re going Through and don’t take forever to fix your problem, if you need help, call them I highly recommend them. Thank you.
Booking my plumbing appointment was the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had in ages. What a joy to encounter someone in this day and age who has phone skills! I also appreciate that the receptionist told me up front the cost of a house call ($89). I didn’t even have to ask. A+ for transparency! A+ for follow-through as well: 1) the repair tech called when he was on his way, just like the receptionist said he would; 2) after the work was done, the repair tech checked three times for leaks; and 3) the next day the receptionist called me back to ensure my satisfaction. I could not have had a better experience and will definitely use Valley Air again! And just for anyone who’s wondering, the repair was a replacement of the basket assembly at the bottom of our kitchen sink basin. The metal collar that screws up into the bottom of the sink had broken, and so it couldn’t keep the seal tight. Troy, the repair tech, said it was rusted out completely when he removed it, and he was surprised it hadn’t fallen right through the hole in the sink basin! I didn’t see the rusty part myself. (Showing it to me to build trust is the only place where Valley might have had room for improvement.) The total charge for everything was just under $397. I don’t know if that’s good or bad for plumbing—we’re new to homeownership—but it sure did save us hours of frustration and confusion and give us peace of mind that it’s fixed right.
Valley Air Heating, Cooling and Plumbing has been so great to work with. The Office staff who answer the phone and schedule are so nice and positive. The service techs call, keep you up to speed, do great work. Best I've worked with in the 8 homes we've had over the years! I highly recommend
We recently purchased a townhouse that had a lot of aging systems in need of replacement. We called on Valley Air because of their outstanding reputation and signed them on for four projects. They installed a new hot water tank, brought our dryer vent up to code, installed a new Trane heat pump, and removed/replaced all the old Quest plumbing. Each team who came to work on our home was courteous and highly professional. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, patiently answered any questions we had, and completed the work to high standards. They also took great care to clean up the work area when the job was completed. A special shout out to Jim Vance for helping us choose the best heat pump for our needs; to Dakota who headed up the plumbing projects; and Dillon who oversaw the installation of the heat pump. We highly recommend Valley Air and will be relying on them for the ongoing maintenance of our new systems and for any future projects.
