We had a flood in our house just a few days ago, I called Aquatec based on the great reviews and quick response! Connor was there within a few hours and had the problem fixed and repaired a few hours after that! He explained everything so well and worked wonderfully with the contractors to get it resolved quickly to avoid further damage! We are very happy with their service and will 100% have him come back for future plumbing services!

I had an emergency leak on a holiday when everything was closed. Due to the leak being in the kitchen I couldn’t cook or do dishes and was quite worried. I called AquaTech/Connor that night and he promptly reached out even on a holiday to let me know he would connect with me first thing tomorrow. True to his word he called me early that morning and upon arrival transparently walked me through pricing, came on time, and patiently waited while I made a second trip to the store due to missing parts in the faucet I had purchased. Installation was quick, efficient and he is reliable and friendly. I highly recommend for any and all plumbing repair.

Connor arrived my home under snow bad weather within time frame as advised by AquaTec team. He was very pleasant and walked me through all the steps from inspection, quotation and repair work for no hot water delivery from tank. Problem was fixed perfectly, he had confidence for no leakage from his works in five years. The working areas was wiped before he left. I am highly appreciated to the efficiency and effectiveness of AquaTec Plumbing. Hence it is worth to consider this company for plumbing issues.

Connor went out of his way to get our tricky plumbing problem solved. He was patient, honest, commited and would not quit til the problem was solved. He took the time to inform, problem solve and approached the issue with care and determination. I definitely won't be calling anyone but AquaTec Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and I absolutely recommend these guys if you care about quality work, a fair price and a skilled technician that knows the craft.
