Mr.Sink was so excellent!!! Not only was he fair in pricing but he walked us through the entire billing process prior to any work being completed which we loved, there is nothing worse than hidden costs! We had sewage back up in 3 townhouse units, he worked and worked with a snake and the handy camera system he had (that was the coolest part!) he had us easily download an app on our phone where we could see everything that he was doing with the snake! We called him for service and he was able to come and attend before 24 hours - which was so nice and fast. He was very professional yet friendly! He walked us through everything. We were so close to the holidays we were scared we were not going to get serviced, but that was no worry with Mr.Sink - We will not be dealing with any other company BUT Mr.Sink!! I had a pretty serious leak in my hose bibb, which unfortunately failed inside the wall cavity, causing some serious flooding in the basement. Jean from Mr Sink was quick to return my call. He showed up in a few hours later and promptly diagnosed the problem. He returned the next day with all the necessary parts and proceeded to replace the existing bibb with a new one. We also decided to installed an emergency valve. The entire repair was done in copper with solder and pro press joints. The work is of very high quality. I highly recommend Mr Sink.
