Onyx Plumbing & Heating

I recently used onyx for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Karn arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. They were transparent about the costs upfront and provided high-quality workmanship. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and cleanliness—they left the area spotless! I highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable and efficient plumbing services.

Karn is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing matters. We had a few leaks in our house and not only was he able to fix the issues - he was also calm and reassured us that the matter would be resolved. I also appreciated how he checked in with us a few days after. I have recommended him to all my friends and family!

Masterfully done, the craftsmanship this company has is among the best we have ever seen. Utilized Karn & his team for a townhouse project and not only did they give us the best quote, they completed every job on time and I could tell they went out of their way to make sure every single thing was done to exceed our expectations. When they arrived they were very helpful in planning for the entire project and the jobs surrounding what they were contracted for. They are incredible people and we will be using them for all of our projects to come. It’s not easy to find people as trustworthy and professional as these guys are. They’re humble and knowledgeable - probably the best team I’ve had the opportunity of working with in almost 20 years.

Our boiler had gone down in the worst possible time we did not have any heat, after calling a few companies and earliest booking was 1-2 weeks away we gave up and decided to search locally. Called Onyx plumbing and they were able to send a tech down same day within 2 hours. Karn was our tech and was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He got our boiler fired up and running faster than we thought! explained to us step by step on what he’d done and also gave us some tips for future. Highly recommend.

I'm thankful I called Onyx Plumbing & Heating while I was having problems with my toilet. Karn was fantastic and arrived sooner than I anticipated and was really professional. He was clear and honest about what the issue may be, what it couldn't be, and what our alternatives were. He also charged me a very fair price while other companies were trying to charge me much more. I will definitely be calling Onyx Plumbing for my future needs!
