I had a Hot water tank installed by Shawn G on 02/25/26. Shawn was very professional,knowledgeable,and respectful of our home.The tank started leaking early that morning and Charles heating was able to schedule us for late afternoon, which we were grateful for. Shawn was the only tech working on the job , and he was very focused in the completion of the job and reviewed the work that he had done with me. I would recommend Charles for all your plumbing needs
We have called Charles for sump pipe drainage work, a new hot water heater, and for furnace cleaning. We are very impressed with their personnel. They give great customer service and are considerate in respecting the house and the people in it! We are confident that we will receive an excellent completion of the work needed. This week Shawn, sent by David, arrived to fix a leaking pipe. Doing business with both of them was a pleasure and has made us loyal customers. We HIGHLY recommend this company!
Customer service was prompt, efficient and helpful. Our technician, James S. was one of the nice guys. He called before arrival. He was pleasant, informative and explained each and every step. He asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in helping fix the issue. He also left very detailed notes about what he did, both for us and to have on file, in case future issues arise. At the end of the day, our furnace was back up and running, even better than it was before we started having problems with it. A very reasonable price as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Absolute top notch service. From first encounter with sales rep (Mike Charles) to final repair, I felt confident and assured. They made me feel like I was a long time friend or family member, and that's not an exaggeration! I have a new baby and was in need of emergency gas line, and duct work. They came out set my mind at ease. Did the work in timely matter and WAY under budget! Service tech Brandon and his crew were professional and courteous. I was so tied up with the baby that I fell asleep on couch, they did repair, cleaned up and left. I awoke and saw the completed repair and was blown away! I definitely recommend this company. They have a a good culture starting at the top and running through.
After my 25-year old furnace finally quit on one of the coldest days in November, Charles Heating and Air Conditioning was highly recommended to me by my cousin, and it was the best recommendation anyone could have made. The whole crew from the office personnel to the installers and Zack (one of the nice guys) were great and had a genuine desire to help. The installation went quickly, the installers were efficient and left the place clean after they left. The reviews speak for themselves, and you can be assured that you are dealing with great people from a great company. They really ARE the nice guys!
