From the initial phone call in the afternoon for a service technician, to diagnose what was wrong with my furnace, then making the decision to having a new furnace put in was less than 24 hours. The service technician was SO THOROUGH showing me what was wrong, to getting me several decisions on what new furnace would do the job and was available and having the installation personnel come the next morning. The Installation went so smoothy and they were so coordinated with removal and install of the furnace.
So glad Hummingbird was recommended by my friends. I will be glad to recommend them to anyone - GREAT service.

Had a great experience with Hummingbird and their tech Brandon. I had them come in for the tune up special they were running, because I’ve never had work done on my furnace and I knew it was aging. Brandon called when he was on his way. He was very respectful of my home, and even let my cat introduce herself lol. Brandon took his time to explain his work ahead of time, and what I could expect throughout the visit. He was very informative and took time to explain things in a way a non-hvac person would understand. As it turns out my furnace is fine for now from a health and safety perspective, it’s not running as efficiently as it could be. I will be making the decision if I want to fix a couple of the wear and tear parts, or just upgrade the system preemptively. Either way, Brandon didn’t make me feel pressured to spend any money, and it never felt like a sales pitch. Once I make my decision on the route I’m going, I’ll be giving Hummingbird a call to get the job done!

We had woken up to the heat not working and had to call them at 5am in hopes to get help . Someone did answer and set up an appointment for us , ensuring we would be first on their list. Now I had heard this before with contractors so I was skeptical at first . Then right around 8am that morning I got a call that someone was on their way . The tech that looked at and diagnosed our furnace was incredibly nice and explained everything as he was looking at it . He gave us options and we were able to make a decision and get to work that same day . Everyone at the offices to the field with this company was on point . No one plans to spend this type of money during an emergency , how ever if I had to , I felt better about working with Hummingbird . I would recommend !

When you don’t have heat during a -20 weather even you really need a company that show up for you. I simply can’t say enough about our experience with Hummingbird. The initial team that came out for service was kind and professional. Sam was amazing. When it was clear a repair was not the best option Conner took over and handled the sale of a new unit like a true professional. We literally had a 24 hr turn around to a new unit at a price that so fair. Justin and Kade were at our house first thing this morning and handled the job quick and were so nice to my family. We even got some coffee from them. Truly a class act and customer service done right. Losing heat during the coldest day of the year can be scary for a family, but thanks to this company and all of their amazing people we felt like a priority and that give so much peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC needs. Truly top tier.

My boiler went down when it was below zero outside and I called humming bird. Kennedy was great to deal with on the phone. Very nice and professional .Humingbird showed up to my house in amazing time. The service tech Garrett was extremely nice and professional. He fixed my boiler fast. I also purchase a new boiler from hummingbird that was a great price. The installation guys James b. And Brian h. We're very friendly and professional. They removed my old unit and installed the new unit in less than 10 hours and it looks great and I'm toasty warm. Thank you to the amazing team at hummingbird for taking care of me as if I was family with Smiles on everyone's face that I delt with. 10 star rating for this amazing business and there employees.
