They were very detailed. Dan didn't leave till job was done. He cleaned up after himself. Hauled the old tank away and the old piping that needed to be replaced. He had to jackhammer the concrete to cut out the bad pipe. Laid new concrete down after fix. Very professional.
Great experience with Formula Plumbing. Frank was straight forward and detailed with the breakdown in pricing and used contractor grade tank and materials for the water heater install. Wade came out on time and was friendly and did really clean work. Couldn’t be happier with our new water heater. Would use their services again.
Dan came out and did a great job walking me through the plan to install a water softer for our new home plus some other smaller jobs I needed. He was extremely helpful walking me through the maintenance of the system as well. The team were expert communicators and the pricing was clear and transparent.
Dan was my service man today. He replaced my water heater. He was excellent! And clean! Asking how much I paid. We’re only renting. Landlord took care of it. Thanks again Dan !
I kicked off discussion of installing a new water heater with Frank and the conversations went well where we found a path forward that made us both happy. Matt C. came out to finalize the bid and then begin work. He was a one man machine. He kept me informed all throughout the process and gave me some tips/pointers/etc along the way. I've dealt with some sketchy plumbers in the past and this experience today was a breath of fresh air. Its nice to meet a contractor that isnt there to gouge you and squeeze out the last bit of money you have. I would highly recommend the Frank/Matt combo to anyone.Many thanks again for making this a seamless process!!!
