Had a great experience with my We Care Technician. He was on time, very courteous and utmost a professional. As advertised, the service was $44.00 for a simple drain clearing. We have the membership providing annual check-ups. The A/C system was inspected finding a failed component. It was replaced under warranty. We added a surge protector to the outside A/C equipment. There was also a failed surge protector in the system equipment in the attic. It wasn't under warranty. We had it replaced to protect the equipment from power surges. Makoa T. provided the services and was very through in his work. We are very satisfied with Makoa's service. He took time to explain everything to us so nothing was a mystery. All of the techs are good at We Care.
Today we had 2 service men from We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. Both men were courteous and very thorough in their servicing of our plumbing and heating and air conditioning systems. We have a monthly service plan with WeCare and receive periodic check-ups and servicing of our equipment to keep them in good order. I would like to make a special review of Arturo Trujillo, who serviced our 2 heaters and 2 air conditioners. We thought he was outstanding. He took the time to go through all the pictures that he took after he serviced the equipment and showed us through the pictures what needed attention and evaluated to overall condition of our equipment. He took the time to answer our questions and advise us on items that needed attention.I give him a 5 star rating.
Jacob did an excellent job performing our planned furnace maintenance for our Lennox HVAC system!We started an annual service contract with We Care plumbing, heating & air when our new system was installed. As a result, we receive separate annual inspections for our plumbing system, A/C system, & heating system (furnace).Every technician we have had is well trained, knowledgeable, very professional, and treats our house as if it was theirs.Just a side note, if you have a control pad like ours (see photo), and it goes out after 5 years, there is no warranty for that. The recourse is to buy another complete control system for over $1,100! I took apart the control panel, since it was dead anyway, found the part number for the screen and got one off of eBay for ~$79. It's a very simple fix if you know how to solder, but the company cannot do repairs (because of liability?).If you have this problem with your control panel, feel free to respond to this review for added instructions:-)Richard

One day installation begins in one week.Installation is complete..Extremely satisfied with the installation. The entire crew were professional in every respect.
