Fantastic experience with Conejo Heating and Air. Greg came to the house. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it.They made me the best deal. I had everything replaced. I had heating, condenser and all the ductwork replaced. And the best part was, it was done in one day!! Dan (Carson) came out to help with a thermostat installation and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He called ahead, arrived right on time, and was polite and friendly throughout the visit. What really stood out was how informative he was—he took the time to explain everything and I actually learned a lot in the process. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge. I’ll definitely be working with him again and highly recommend his services.
If I could give them 100 stars I would! Conejo installed heating and air over the summer and they did an amazing job from all aspects top notch quality installation and equipment.Last week they came and installed a new water heater and honestly - it is beautiful. I know that sounds strange but the piping and the metal base they installed are far superior to other installs I had and seen. They went the "extra mile". The two young men that came were just amazing. I can not say enough good things about them. It was a pleasure having them here. They went above and beyond helping me clean up with their dry vac and moving things for me. Wow!! Haven't experienced this kind of service for a very long time. Great job! Thank you so much!!P.S. Also, the service technicians couldn't say enough good things about their company so that tells you a lot as well.
