I found Joel’s Plumbing to be professionak and honest ; they don’t rip off customers, and they were reasonably priced compared to a couple other companies who provided quotes for the same job.

I needed a water heater and from the very beginning Lalie was not only polite but gave me important information that I was not aware of. I was notified the day of service on arrival times in which were very accurate. Both Diego and Danny made sure to protect my floors and were very thorough in their work. They answered every question and went into detail to explain not only what they were doing but why. Ryan arrived on time, explained and showed me exactly what needed to be repaired to stop the leak, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the fast response, clear communication, and how easy the entire process was.
