We found a foundation leak in our garage and honestly had no idea where to start. I first called a plumber that was recommended by the previous homeowners, and we were pretty much blown off.

We happened to see Lloyd’s Plumbing working next door and decided to ask if they could take a look. I’m really glad we did.

Thomas was awesome from the beginning. He took the time to inspect everything, explained what he was seeing, and gave us an estimate right there. He even had a leak detection specialist come out to pinpoint the exact location so we fully understood what was going on before any work started. That meant a lot.

The crew rerouted our water lines from the water heater to the bathrooms, and they did an amazing job. They were respectful of our home, careful with everything, and left the space clean. The job was finished on time with no issues.

We’re extremely happy we found Lloyd’s. Solid company, great people, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Alex and his team (Shane and Dylan) at Lloyd’s Plumbing did a fabulous job with every aspect of toilet installation. I actually stopped them when they were at a neighbor’s, as I was getting ready to look for a plumber. They finished their business with my neighbor, came to take a look at the problem with my toilet and sent an estimate right away. Alex and Dylan are kind and personable. Alex came back with Shane, on time as scheduled. (The customer support is great too, when I called to update them on my own needed scheduling.) Alex is very professional and knowledgeable; he led the way for obtaining my new toilet and installing it. Alex did a fantastic job! He and Shane were in and out so quickly, without compromising a secure installation process. They left the area clean, too. I am so happy! Highly recommend Lloyd’s Plumbing!!
