As stressful as plumbing issues can be. Know that you're in great hands when working with Alex and his team. I submitted an inquiry at 6 AM and received a response shortly after. Service call was completed the same day. Alex + team are skilled, honest/transparent. Pricing seemed more than fair (you probably don't want to be cheap when it comes to your plumbing anyway). Thank you very much, PA team.

Had a leaking main shut off valve. Called Alex and he came same day. Explained to me the problem and the potential fixes for the issue. He recommended to replace it with something more modern for longevity. Price was affordable for the good work. Many thanks to Alex! Would recommend.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon does Plumbing Ambulance typically arrive for a residential plumbing emergency?

For active plumbing emergencies such as main-line backups or burst pipes, a technician typically arrives within 30 to 60 minutes.

How long does an existing toilet replacement take?

It typically takes 1 to 2 hours when the closet flange and subfloor are in good condition.

Does Plumbing Ambulance require a permit to replace a toilet?

Swapping an existing toilet in the same location does not require a permit. Relocating drain lines or adding a new bathroom rough-in requires municipal permits under the Ontario Building Code.

Does Plumbing Ambulance provide a quote before residential repairs?

For residential work, a plumber inspects the system, explains the necessary repairs and provides a clear, flat-rate quote before work begins.
