True Service Plumbing

Chose these guys based on stellar ratings and reviews. Needed same-day service. A quick phone call, booked a visit window a few hours later. Nico called ahead to say he was running early. Friendly, professional, fast. What could have been a big hassle was straightforward. Fair pricing. Strongly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with True Service Plumbing! From the first phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The service was honest, fairly priced, and done right the first time. You can truly tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I highly recommend True Service Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing services!

Use them for a redesign and reconnection of a bathtub drainage system. They arrived as promised the next day, on time. They were very respectful, explained their work in advance, gave me an estimate and explained what they did and did not know yet. They were careful throughout the process to explain what they were doing and we’re happy to have me watch. The final result was excellent work, neatly cleaned up. Just superb service, which I highly recommend.

Today we needed to get some pipes repaired in our basement. I contacted True Service Plumbing and within minutes was able to speak to Nico. He was very pleasant over the phone and let me know he would be there within the hour - which he was. He did a review of the situation we had and explained everything to me crystal clear and provided the quote upfront (very reasonable). I proceeded with the work and he let me know he would be about an hour - and to my surprise he was very accurate in his time estimate. Nico was very friendly and open to answer any questions I had - about the current issue and otherwise and gave me tips for future work or plumbing. I highly recommend and look forward to working with True Service and Nico in the future. Thank you very much for your time today! Aaron.
